No Cancellation After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, we do not accept cancellation if you change your mind. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your order before finalizing the purchase. No refunds will be possible later.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product (torn pages, sequence defected or any printing or binding issue), you must send us an uncut unboxing video to support@ekaami.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. This video will help us assess the issue and determine if the product is eligible for an exchange. PLEASE NOTE UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY AND WITHOUT THAT WE WON'T BE ABLE TO HELP.
ITEMS BOUGHT ON SALE OR DISCOUNT WON'T BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE, for any reason.
Exchange Request
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Exchange will only be considered for products that arrive in the same damaged or defective condition, as verified by the unboxing. Please note, if the packaging (box, sleeve, courier bag, thank you card, any complimentary gift included) is damaged and product is completely intact, no exchange or refund queries will be entertained. After 24 hours of delivery, these queries won't be eligible for return. In case of missing or defected product, we'll issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the product that can be used later.
Exchange Process
If your exchange request is approved, we will process the exchange within 14 days. The shipping of both side will be taken care of by us. In case of non delivery of product due to customer unavailability or denial or any other reason from customer's end, Refund will be given by deducting the shipping cost (to and fro) once we receive the product back. However, if non delivery happens due to courier service mistakes, the shipping will be borne by us.
