6. Delivery Issues

• Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
• Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Ekaami is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, if the parcel returns back to us due to wrong address or pincode, refund will only be processed after deducting shipping cost (to and fro).
• Missed Deliveries: If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or pickup. Please follow these instructions to avoid any delays. In case of consecutive missed deliveries or denial, the product will be returned back and refund will only be processed after deducting to and fro shipping cost.
